IGail D. Dalgarn October 31, 1952 - November 21, 2009
Born Oct. 31, 1952, in Winchester, she was the daughter of the late Frank M. Dick and Elizabeth (Teets) Dick. Mrs. Dalgarn was employed with the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's Office as a legal assistant. She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church, Charles Town. She was a graduate of Handley High School in Winchester. Mrs. Dalgarn was an Avon representative. At the time of her death she was survived by two daughters, Ellen Elizabeth Dalgarn of Charles Town, and Traci Beth Huff and husband, Billy of Charles Town; two grandsons, Austin T. Huff and William S. Huff; and one brother, Wayne S. Dick and wife, Jane of Baltimore, Md. Services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home in Charles Town, WV with the Rev. Dee Ann Dixon officiating. Hymn was "Amazing Grace". Interment was in Edge Hill Cemetery, Charles Town, WV. Pallbearers were Charles B. Howard, Ralph A. Lorenzetti Jr., Laurence R. Crofford, Hassan Rasheed, James Casimiro and Stephen V. Groh. Friends were received from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home.
